Vinay has a rich executive experience of four decades, having visited 50+ countries with global clientele including many Fortune 100 companies from different industry sectors. He is a senior partner with Epitude Consultants Limited, UK.
Having been one of the founding members of Indian IT revolution in the late nineties, he was responsible in building and managing companies like Ness Digital (USA), L&T Infotech Ltd. (now LTI Mindtree), Mphasis, Mastek, Syntel, Datamatics etc.
While managing challenges, Vinay has gained wide-ranging experience in incubating large multi-national teams responsible for Client Management, Business Growth, IT Consulting, Global Execution and Talent Management.
Having played varied CXO roles in the business, he nurtured companies to get them listed on the stock exchange, thereby creating extraordinary wealth for both share-holders and employees. He was personally responsible for managing large teams of upto 35,000+ talented resources and growing the bottom line, year after year.
Vinay is devoted to many charitable activities including being a Partner with Social Venture Partners, India which works with hundreds of NGO/NPO’s to uplift the underprivileged and provide a platform for them to succeed.
Vinay spends his time between India and US with passion for exploring exotic and adventurous locations globally. His thoughtful and sharp investment ideas have earned huge returns. He also mentors and supports start-ups with out-of-the-box ideas.
