Rajesh Jain is the MD of Epitude Consultants Limited, London. He facilitates the coaching business focused on Emotional Intelligence & Spirituality in Business making the organisations more agile and results oriented. Several workshops have been organised for multibillion dollar groups in the UK, India, Europe, and the Middle East.
Rajesh has worked in the UK/Europe for the last 20 years and carries an additional 15 years of experience working in India. He has touched innumerable lives with different backgrounds, cultures and diversity within large multinationals and corporates globally.
Rajesh’s experience spans several business areas and industries. He has worked across Operations, Manufacturing, Business Development and more, with in-depth exposure in Engineering, Finance and HR.
He was engaged with various leading companies, both in government and the private sector including Torrent Power, Batliboi, Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), HCL Technologies, Shell, BAE Systems, Cobham, Terex, Johnson & Johnson, Fiat Group, Lloyds Register, Unilever, Schneider and more.
He has also worked closely with various consultancy groups including McKinsey & Co. and Boston Consulting Group to restructure businesses for higher performance and productivity.
Rajesh is also a Trustee of a registered Charity Organisation in London, Jain Vishwa Bharati and devotes his time for good causes and social uplift of the society. He is the founder Board Member of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), UK. His charity work during the Covid crisis was specially recognised and appreciated by the Lord Lieutenant of London &Mayor of Harrow, London.
He was decorated as Coronation Champion by the King Charles and Queen Camilla for the community work and educational services at the Buckingham Palace and recently he was honoured with NRI Achievers Award.
