Dr. Aditya Parida is a Sr. Advisor of the company. Dr. Parida, has four decades of rich industry, teaching and research experience and is currently a Professor of Operation and Maintenance Engineering at Lulea University of Technology (LTU), Sweden. He has worked with Indian Army for over two decades and was a Director and colonel at Army HQ where he was responsible for implementation, monitoring and control of mission critical activities.
He has been involved with many industry based research projects globally including EU, Australia, UK, Finland, Iran, Sweden etc. achieving higher productivity and effectiveness. His key strength and main research areas are performance management & measurement, and asset management.
He has published more than 100 papers and authored books, book chapters and edited many special issues of international journals on various subjects core being engineering project management. He has guided & examined many PhD students internationally. He has also chaired and organized many international events & congress and firmly believes, you grow when you share the knowledge.
He has a doctorate in Operation and Maintenance Engineering from LTU, Sweden and M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, India
